一、拉力试验机是用来对材料进行静载、拉伸、压缩、弯曲、剪切、剥离等力学性能试验用的机械加力的试验机，适用于塑料板材、管材、异型材，塑料薄膜及橡胶、电线电缆等材料的各种物理机械性能测试为材料开发，为物性试验、教学研究、质量控制等*的检测设备，拉力机夹具作为仪器的重要组成部分，不同的材料需要不同的夹具，也是试验能否顺利进行及试验结果准确度高低的一个重要因素。

采用进口光电编码器进行位移测量，控制器采用嵌入式单片微机结构，内置功能强大的测控软件，集测量、控制、计算、存储功能于一体。具有自动计算应力、延伸率（需加配引伸计）、抗拉强度、弹性模量的功能，自动统计结果；自动记录zui大点、断裂点、点的力值或伸长量；采用计算机进行试验过程及试验曲线的动态显示，并进行数据处理，试验结束后可通过图形处理模块对曲线放大进行数据再分析编辑，并可打印报表，产品性能达到先进水平。
