试验方法


1、应采用成品电线的试样按28.2—28.9所述的方法做试验。应试验绝缘线、绝缘扁电缆或护套电缆的绝缘线芯。在护套电缆的情况下,应取出绝缘线芯并独立于护套电缆做试验。


2、对于每个需进行评价的电线样品,应取6个绝缘线或护套电缆的绝缘线芯试样做试验。每个试样应长24in(610mm)。其中3个试样在未老化状态下做试验,另3个试样应经过烘箱处理后做试验。


3、三个用于烘箱处理的直线状试样应放进烘箱中进行处理,处理时间和烘箱温度应与本标准第14节:绝缘和护套末老化和烘箱老化后物理性能所述和试验*。


4、烘箱处理以后,应将这3个试样放在室温的静止空气中泠却16-96小时然后做试验。泠却期结束以后,同时采用末老化和烘箱老化的试样做试验。采用金属箔包每个试样中央的12in(305mm)的部分。


5、除了扁电线外,应将每个试样的金属箔绕包部分绕在金属试棒上6个完整的紧密相连的圈。试棒直径应为试样外径的2倍或是0.19in(5mm)取二者中较大者,每个由此形成地螺旋线的端头应松松地缠绕在一起或是采用粘接带固定在一起以防止退绕。扁电线试样应围绕直径等于短径2倍的试棒弯曲成U形并与试棒接触至少180°。


6、介电试验机应能提供50或是60HZ连续可变从零至电线试样额定电压5倍的输出电压。电路中接上试样后,输出电压的峰值因数(峰值除以均方根值)应等于纯正波上半部输出范围峰值因数的95-105%。应使用电压表连续临测输出电压,该电压表的响应时间在规定的升压速度下不会造成大于1%满盘的滞后的误差。其总电压精度不会造成大于5%的误差。试验机变压器可输出的zui大电流应保证可进行试样的击穿试验而示发持加载电流引起断路器跳闸现象。
